Quick Start Guide

Get your team set up on Athmete in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account​

  1. Visit athmete.com and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email and create a password
  3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Create Your Team​

  1. After signing in, click Create Team
  2. Enter your team name and select your sport
  3. Choose your team colors - these appear throughout the app
  4. Upload a team logo (optional)

You become the Owner of the team you create.

Step 3: Invite Team Members​

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Click Add Members
  3. Enter email addresses and select roles:
    • Coach - Full access to edit plays and manage team
    • Assistant Coach - Can edit plays and practice plans
    • Player - Can view playbook and RSVP to events
    • Event Planner - Can manage calendar
    • Practice Planner - Can manage practice plans

Step 4: Explore Your Team​

After setup, you'll have access to:

  • Coach's Board - Team announcements and discussions
  • Playmaker - Playbook and formations
  • Calendar - Team events and schedule
  • Practice Plans - Structured training sessions
  • Settings - Team configuration and roster
