Account Setup

Configure your Athmete account and preferences.

Profile Settings​

Update Your Profile​

  1. Click your avatar in the top right
  2. Select Profile
  3. Edit your information:
    • Display name
    • Profile photo
    • Contact information

Change Password​

  1. Go to Profile → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password twice
  5. Click Update

Notification Preferences​

Control what notifications you receive:

Email Notifications​

  • Event reminders - Before practices and games
  • Team invitations - When invited to a team
  • Comment mentions - When someone @mentions you
  • Weekly digest - Summary of team activity

In-App Notifications​

  • Real-time updates - New comments, changes
  • Reminders - Upcoming events

Configure Settings​

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle notifications on/off
  3. Set timing preferences

Display Preferences​

Theme​

Choose your preferred appearance:

  • Light mode - Bright background
  • Dark mode - Dark background
  • System - Match your device settings

Language​

Select your language preference (more languages coming soon).

Multiple Teams​

You can belong to multiple teams:

Switching Teams​

  1. Click the team name in the header
  2. Select a different team
  3. You're now viewing that team's content

Team Roles​

Your role may be different on each team. View your role in Team Settings → Members.

Deleting Your Account​

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to Delete Account
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Click Delete Account

Your data will be removed from all teams you own. For teams where you're a member, your contributions remain but are anonymized.
