Getting Started
How do I create a team?
After signing up, click Create Team on your dashboard. Enter your team name, select your sport, and customize your team colors.
Can I belong to multiple teams?
Yes! You can be a member of multiple teams. Switch between teams using the team selector in the header.
What sports does Athmete support?
Currently, Athmete supports football with full field layouts and formations. Support for basketball, soccer, and other sports is coming soon.
Playbook
Can I import plays from another system?
Currently, plays must be created within Athmete. We're working on import functionality.
How do I share plays with someone outside my team?
Export plays as images or PDFs and share them via email or messaging. For ongoing access, invite them to your team as a viewer.
Is there a limit to how many plays I can create?
Limits depend on your subscription plan. Check Team Settings → Billing to see your plan details.
Practice Plans
Can I reuse practice plans?
Yes! Save any practice plan as a template, then apply it to new weeks with one click.
How do I link plays to practice activities?
When adding an activity to a time slot, choose From Playbook and select the play you want to reference.
Team Management
How do I invite coaches to my team?
Go to Team Settings → Members → Invite Member. Enter their email and select a role.
Can players edit plays?
No, players have view-only access. Only coaches (Head Coach and Assistant Coach roles) can edit plays and practice plans.
How do I remove someone from my team?
Go to Team Settings → Members, click on the member, and select Remove from Team.
Billing & Plans
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from Team Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can export your plays and reactivate your subscription at any time.

Athmete works best on:

Does Athmete work on mobile?
Yes! Athmete is fully responsive. For the best editing experience, we recommend desktop for creating plays and mobile for viewing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and regular backups to protect your data.
