Team Settings

Configure your team's details and appearance.

Accessing Settings

1. Click Settings in the sidebar
2. Select Team Details

Team Information

Edit your team's basic information:

• Team Name - Display name for your team
• Team Logo - Upload your team's logo

Changing the Logo

1. Click on the current logo
2. Select a new image file
3. The logo updates immediately

Team Colors

Customize your team's visual identity with up to 4 colors:

• Theme Primary - Main accent color throughout the app
• Theme Secondary - Secondary accent
• Component Primary - UI element color
• Component Secondary - Additional UI color

Your team colors appear in:

• Navigation and buttons
• Calendar events
• Play diagrams
• Exports

Changing Colors

1. Click on a color swatch
2. Use the color picker to select a new color
3. Changes apply immediately

Billing Access

If you're the team Owner, you can access billing:

1. Click Manage Subscription
2. This opens the Stripe billing portal
3. Update payment methods or subscription

Who Can Edit Settings?

Based on your role:

Delete Team

Deleting a team permanently removes all data and cannot be undone.

Only the team Owner can delete the team:

1. Click Delete Team
2. Confirm the deletion
3. All team data is permanently removed

What gets deleted:

• All plays and formations
• All practice plans
• All events
• All Coach's Board posts
• All attachments
• Member associations
