Team Members

Invite coaches and staff to your Athmete team.

Inviting Members

Send an Invitation

  1. Go to Team SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your team.

Member Roles

Owner

  • Full administrative access
  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Delete the team
  • Cannot be removed (must transfer ownership)

Head Coach

  • Full access to playbook and practice plans
  • Invite and manage other members
  • Manage roster
  • Cannot access billing

Assistant Coach

  • Create and edit plays
  • Create and edit practice plans
  • Manage roster
  • Cannot manage other members

Player

  • View playbook (read-only)
  • View practice plans (read-only)
  • View schedule
  • Cannot edit any content

Managing Members

Change a Member's Role

  1. Go to Team SettingsMembers
  2. Click on a member
  3. Select new role from dropdown
  4. Save changes

Remove a Member

  1. Click on the member
  2. Click Remove from Team
  3. Confirm removal

The member will immediately lose access to the team.

Transferring Ownership

To transfer team ownership:

  1. Go to Team SettingsMembers
  2. Click on the member who will become owner
  3. Click Transfer Ownership
  4. Confirm the transfer

This action cannot be undone. You will become a Head Coach after transfer.

Member Activity

Track when members last accessed the team:

  • View "Last Active" in the members list
  • See login history in member details

Pending Invitations

View and manage outstanding invitations:

  1. Go to MembersPending
  2. See all sent invitations
  3. Resend or cancel invitations as needed

Invitations expire after 7 days.
