Managing Roster

Add and manage players on your team roster.

Adding Players

Add a Player

  1. Go to TeamRoster
  2. Click + Add Player
  3. Enter player information:
    • First and last name
    • Jersey number
    • Position(s)

Player Details

Jersey NumberNumber on their uniform
PositionsOne or more positions
Date of BirthFor age tracking
PhotoRoster photo (optional)

Guardian Information

For youth teams, track parent/guardian contacts:

  1. Open a player's profile
  2. Click Add Guardian
  3. Enter guardian details:
    • Name
    • Relationship
    • Phone number
    • Email address

Multiple guardians can be added per player.

Editing Players

  1. Click on a player name in the roster
  2. Make your changes
  3. Click Save

Removing Players

  1. Open the player's profile
  2. Click Remove from Roster
  3. Confirm the removal
note

Removing a player from the roster doesn't delete their data. You can add them back if needed.

Assigning to Activities

Players can be assigned to specific practice activities:

  1. Open a practice plan
  2. Click on a time slot
  3. Select Assign Players
  4. Choose players for this activity

Importing Players

Import players from a spreadsheet:

  1. Go to RosterImport
  2. Download the template CSV
  3. Fill in player data
  4. Upload the completed file

Required Fields

  • First Name
  • Last Name

Optional Fields

  • Jersey Number
  • Position
  • Date of Birth
  • Guardian Info
