Present Mode

Present your practice plan to the team in a focused, full-screen view.

What is Present Mode?​

Present Mode transforms your practice plan into a clean, focused presentation suitable for displaying on a projector, TV, or shared screen during team meetings or on the field.

Entering Present Mode​

  1. Open a practice plan
  2. Click Present or the presentation icon
  3. The plan opens in full-screen mode

Keyboard Shortcut​

Press P to toggle Present Mode.

Present Mode Features​

Clean Display​

  • Removes editing controls and sidebar
  • Large, readable text
  • High contrast for visibility
  • Optimized for projectors

Current Time Slot Highlighting​

  • Shows which activity should be happening now
  • Countdown timer for current slot
  • Visual progress indicator
  • Arrow keys or clicks to move between slots
  • Overview button to see full plan
  • Jump to specific time slot

Display Options​

Time Display​

  • Show clock time (2:30 PM)
  • Show elapsed time (45 minutes in)
  • Show remaining time

Information Shown​

  • Activity name and duration
  • Drill descriptions
  • Attached media/plays
  • Coach notes

Media in Present Mode​

Images​

Click to expand images full-screen.

Videos​

Play embedded videos directly in Present Mode.

Plays​

View associated plays with full diagram display.

Tips for Effective Presentations​

Before the Meeting​

  • Review the plan in Present Mode
  • Test any embedded media
  • Ensure good visibility on your display

During the Presentation​

  • Use the timer to keep on schedule
  • Navigate with confidence using keyboard
  • Toggle between overview and detail views

On the Field​

  • Use tablet or phone for portability
  • Keep screen brightness high
  • Consider offline availability

Sharing Present Mode​

Live Share​

Share a view-only Present Mode link:

  1. Click Share in Present Mode
  2. Copy the link
  3. Recipients can view (not edit)

Screen Casting​

Cast to a larger display:

  • Chrome Cast
  • Apple AirPlay
  • HDMI connection

Exiting Present Mode​

  • Press Escape
  • Click the Exit button
  • Press P again
