Sharing & Presenting

Share plays with your team and present during meetings.

Present Mode​

Display plays on a big screen for team meetings:

  1. Open a play or select multiple plays
  2. Click Present in the toolbar
  3. Use arrow keys to navigate between plays
  4. Press Escape to exit

Comments & Annotations​

Add discussion to any play:

Adding Comments​

  1. Open a play
  2. Click the Comments icon
  3. Type your comment
  4. Click Post

Comment Features​

  • Mentions - Type @name to notify someone
  • Attachments - Add images or files
  • Replies - Thread conversations

Exporting Plays​

Export as Image​

  1. Open a play
  2. Click Export → Image
  3. Choose format (PNG or JPG)
  4. Select resolution
  5. Download

Export as PDF​

  1. Select plays to export
  2. Click Export → PDF
  3. Choose layout options
  4. Download PDF

Exporting Multiple Plays​

  1. Select plays in Card or Table view
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format
  4. Download as PDF or ZIP of images

Printing​

  1. Open a play
  2. Click Print or use Ctrl+P
  3. Adjust print settings
  4. Print
  1. Export as PDF first
  2. Open the PDF
  3. Print from PDF viewer

Sharing with Non-Users​

To share plays with someone who doesn't have an Athmete account:

  1. Export plays as images or PDF
  2. Share via email, messaging, or file sharing
  3. For live access, invite them to your team as a viewer
