The Coach's Board is your team's central hub for announcements, updates, and discussions.
What is the Coach's Board?
A team bulletin board where coaches and staff share information with the team.
Use it for:
- Practice announcements
- Game day reminders
- Schedule changes
- Team news and updates
- File and media sharing
Accessing the Coach's Board
- Navigate to your team
- Click Home in the sidebar
- View the latest posts
Who Can Post?
Posting permissions depend on your role:

Post Features
Each post can include:
- Text content - Your message
- Attachments - Images, videos, files
- Pinning - Keep important posts at the top
- Reactions - Emoji responses
- Replies - Threaded discussions
Creating a Post
Desktop
- Click Add Post button
- Enter your message
- Attach files by clicking the attachment icon
- Click Post
Mobile
- Tap the floating + button
- Enter your message
- Add attachments if needed
- Tap Post
Post Order
Posts appear with:
- Pinned posts at the top
- Recent posts below, newest first
Searching Posts
Use the search bar to filter posts by content. The search also checks replies.
