Tags Overview

Tags help you organize and filter content across your team.

What are Tags?​

Tags are labels you can attach to plays, practice plans, and other content. They make it easy to filter and find related items.

Examples:

  • "Red Zone"
  • "3rd Down"
  • "Install Week 1"
  • "Game vs Tigers"

Where Can You Use Tags?​

  • Plays - Categorize by situation, formation, or week
  • Practice Plans - Organize by phase or focus
  • Coach's Board Posts - Group announcements

Managing Tags​

Creating Tags​

  1. Go to Settings → Tags
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Enter a name
  4. Choose a color
  5. Assign a category (optional)
  6. Save

Tag Categories​

Group related tags into categories:

  • Situational (Red Zone, 3rd Down, Goal Line)
  • Weekly (Week 1, Week 2, Game Week)
  • Type (Pass, Run, Special Teams)

Editing Tags​

  1. Go to Settings → Tags
  2. Click on a tag to edit
  3. Change name, color, or category
  4. Save

Deleting Tags​

  1. Go to Settings → Tags
  2. Click the delete icon on a tag
  3. Confirm deletion

Who Can Manage Tags?​

Based on your role:

Filtering by Tags​

Most content lists support tag filtering:

  1. Click the tag filter dropdown
  2. Select one or more tags
  3. Only matching items are shown
