RSVP & Attendance

Track who's coming to team events.

RSVP System

Players and staff can respond to events to indicate their attendance.

Response Options

  • Going ✅ - Will attend
  • Maybe ❓ - Uncertain
  • Not Going ❌ - Cannot attend

Responding to Events

From Calendar

  1. Click on an event
  2. View event details
  3. Select your RSVP response
  4. Add an optional note

From Notifications

  1. Receive event notification
  2. Click RSVP in the notification
  3. Select your response

From Event Details

  1. Open the event
  2. Find the RSVP section
  3. Click your response button

Viewing Attendance

For Coaches

View who's attending each event:

  1. Open the event
  2. Click View Attendance or the attendee count
  3. See breakdown by response:
    • Going (count)
    • Maybe (count)
    • Not Going (count)
    • No Response (count)

Attendance Summary

Events show a quick summary:

  • Green number = Going
  • Yellow number = Maybe
  • Red number = Not Going
  • Gray = No response yet

RSVP Reminders

Automatic Reminders

Members who haven't responded receive reminders:

  • 48 hours before event
  • 24 hours before event (if still no response)

Manual Reminders

Coaches can send manual reminders:

  1. Open the event
  2. Click Send Reminder
  3. Choose recipients (all or no-response only)
  4. Reminder is sent

Attendance Notes

Members can add notes with their RSVP:

Examples:

  • "Will be 15 minutes late"
  • "Leaving early for appointment"
  • "Can someone give me a ride?"

Notes are visible to coaches and event organizers.

Changing Your Response

You can update your RSVP anytime before the event:

  1. Open the event
  2. Select a different response
  3. Your response is updated

Changes are logged, and organizers may be notified.

Attendance Tracking

After events, coaches can record actual attendance:

  1. Open a past event
  2. Click Record Attendance
  3. Mark each member as Present/Absent
  4. Save attendance record

This data can be used for:

  • Participation tracking
  • Season statistics
  • Parent communications
