Payment Methods

Manage your payment methods and view billing history.

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Team SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal
  3. Click Payment Methods
  4. Click Add Payment Method
  5. Enter your card details
  6. Click Save

Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards: Most bank debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos

Updating Payment Information

To update your default payment method:

  1. Open the Billing Portal
  2. Go to Payment Methods
  3. Add a new payment method
  4. Set it as default
  5. Remove the old method if desired

Add a backup payment method to avoid service interruption if your primary card expires.

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Open the Billing Portal
  2. Go to Payment Methods
  3. Click the menu (⋮) next to the card
  4. Select Remove

You cannot remove your only payment method while you have an active subscription.

Invoices and Receipts

Viewing Invoice History

  1. Open the Billing Portal
  2. Click Billing History or Invoices
  3. View all past invoices

Downloading Receipts

  1. Find the invoice in your history
  2. Click Download or the PDF icon
  3. Save for your records

Receipts are also automatically emailed after each payment.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We'll retry the charge after 3 days
  3. Update your payment method if needed
  4. If all retries fail, your subscription may be paused

Fixing a Failed Payment

  1. Go to Team SettingsBilling
  2. You'll see a payment failure notice
  3. Click Update Payment Method
  4. Enter new card details
  5. The charge will be retried automatically

Billing Address

To update your billing address (for invoices):

  1. Open the Billing Portal
  2. Click Billing Information
  3. Update your address
  4. Save changes

This address appears on your invoices and receipts.
