Payment Methods
Manage your payment methods and view billing history.
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Team Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal
- Click Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Click Save
Supported Payment Methods
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Cards: Most bank debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos
Updating Payment Information
To update your default payment method:
- Open the Billing Portal
- Go to Payment Methods
- Add a new payment method
- Set it as default
- Remove the old method if desired

Add a backup payment method to avoid service interruption if your primary card expires.
Removing a Payment Method
- Open the Billing Portal
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click the menu (⋮) next to the card
- Select Remove

You cannot remove your only payment method while you have an active subscription.
Invoices and Receipts
Viewing Invoice History
- Open the Billing Portal
- Click Billing History or Invoices
- View all past invoices
Downloading Receipts
- Find the invoice in your history
- Click Download or the PDF icon
- Save for your records
Receipts are also automatically emailed after each payment.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry the charge after 3 days
- Update your payment method if needed
- If all retries fail, your subscription may be paused
Fixing a Failed Payment
- Go to Team Settings → Billing
- You'll see a payment failure notice
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- The charge will be retried automatically
Billing Address
To update your billing address (for invoices):
- Open the Billing Portal
- Click Billing Information
- Update your address
- Save changes
This address appears on your invoices and receipts.
