Billing Overview

Athmete offers subscription plans to unlock features for your team.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Subscription or Manage Subscription

Only team Owners can access billing settings and change subscriptions.

Managing Your Subscription

Athmete uses Stripe for billing. When you click Manage Subscription, you're taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • View your current plan
  • Update payment methods
  • View billing history
  • Cancel subscription

Payment Processing

  • All transactions are encrypted
  • PCI-DSS compliant
  • Supports major credit cards
  • Automatic receipts via email

Your payment information is stored securely by Stripe, not on Athmete servers.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select a new plan
  4. Complete payment

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
